1. Fish Fry: Our first Fish Fry is TODAY Friday February 21 ^st despite it not being Lent. I hope to see you all up there. March 5 ^th will be our next Fish Fry

2. Tuesday Night: This Tuesday (February 25 ^th) is the Fourth Tuesday of the Month. We will therefore be having our parish Covenant Night. Covenant nights are a great time to listen to a witness story of an ordinary Catholic and to ask the question of how have you seen God working in your life this past month. The more we do this the better we get at discovering God’s presence in our lives. Tuesday at 7PM in the Church.

3. Lent begins on Ash Wednesday March 5 ^th at 8AM and 7PM. Don’t Forget to Fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday and to abstain from meet on all Fridays of Lent.

4. Rice Bowls: A great way to raise money for Catholic Relief Services this Lent is to participate in the Rice Bowl collection. Please pick up a Rice Bowl at the back of Church.

5. March 16 ^th at 1PM we will have First Confessions for our Second Graders enrolled in our Sacramental Preparation Program.

6. March 16 ^th at 2PM we will have a Lenten Parish Confession service.

7. March 29 ^th from 9AM -12Noon we will have a parish day of prayer which will be presented by Michael Rennier and Fr. Pastorius

8. Stations of the Cross: Each Friday of Lent the Liturgy Committee will lead the Stations of the Cross at 7PM in the Church.

9. Teens, parents, and those interested in forming a Catholic youth ministry program are invited to a Youth Ministry Summit at DuBourg High School at 7PM on Wednesday February 26 2014. At this summit we will hear about the importance of youth ministry, the effect that youth ministry can have on both teens and a parish, and ideas concerning a multi-parish youth ministry program that will be centered at DuBourg high school and could possible serve as many as twenty parishes.

10. Don’t forget to pick up your Sunday Visitor for only a donation. All donations go to St. Vincent DePaul society. So learn something new about the Church and help out the poor in the same time.
